What are the main causes of joint problems?
Joint problems can be caused by many things aside from aging.
- Inflammation – Can be related to infection, trauma, autoimmunity or wear and tear.

Why is Carageenan in the Omega 3 supplement? I have already read that this causes inflammation and shouldn’t be an ingredient in any products. The other products you mentioned sound great though. Is it possible to remove the Carageenan in the Omega 3 Supplement? If not, I won’t be able to take that product because I have digestive problems as well. I am warned as a pet parent to not give my dog or cats any pet foods that contain carageenan. This is something that should never be used on a regular basis for people either. I hope that the manufacturer of this product will consider taking this ingredient out of the Omega 3’s.

I believe Omega 3 is often used as a preserving agent in dietary supplements and foods (it also helps thicken the product). More companies are actually starting to remove it from their products because there is some research to suggest that in some people it will worsen conditions like Crohn’s and colitis. I’ve personally not noticed an issue with it, but I try to avoid it where possible. But I think I will start to remove these products that contain the ingredient in the near future.
