Some success, some failure

Its been a few weeks now since I started to garden and grow my own food. I hope it all works out because this is my first time trying! Why I love Eating A Raw Food Diet

There have been some big changes lately in my diet. Over the years of eating a healthy both cooked and raw diet, I noticed that I felt better after a raw meal rather than a cooked one. Having Sinus Problems and Removing Foods From My Diet

I’m still experimenting with removing certain foods out of my diet in order to help with the nasal symptoms I’ve been having. They’ve been going on for a while now and nothing has worked to help get rid of the problem. One possible reason could be certain foods I’m eating. What I eat on a CR diet

This is just an example of what I am currently eating on my CR diet. Sometimes I have fish, but not often. But this usually represents a typical day for me. Unlike most people, I really don’t mind eating the same thing day in and day out, because I enjoy the food that I eat!
